As many of you already know, we lost our friend, brother and bandmate Vern Rumsey on August 5th. We just wanted to thank everybody for the well wishes and very nice messages that were sent our way. We also want to say condolences to you…in the small world of music we have lived in, he made a great impact with his masterful and beautiful bass playing— really a gifted and natural force so unique and unusual in our sphere. It’s a hard and bitter loss. We were so young when we were together as a band and the thought of middle age was so far away and almost a joke…it was just too soon, too soon. Thanks amigo and an even better, righteous pathway to you.
